Updating Account Information

Your account contains a lot of information and preferences that you can update or edit any time. In this article will walk you through 

To get to your account settings you'll use the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the site and click "My Account"

How to update your Contact Information 

To update any of your contact information such as name, address, or phone number follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account with the correct email address and password
  2. Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the site
  3. Click My Account to get to your account settings and preferences
  4. Update the specific information you're looking to change
  5. When you're done updating your profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the "Save Changes" button 
  6. When the save is complete you'll see a box pop up telling you your settings have been successfully updated 
  7. You'll now see the changes you made reflected within the Contact Information section of your account

How to update your email address 

  1. Log into your account with the correct email address and password
  2. Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the site
  3. Click My Account to get to your account settings 
  4. Click "Update email"
  5. Enter the email address you'd like to update to and your current password and click "Save Changes"
  6. When the save is complete you'll see a box pop up telling you your settings have been successfully updated 
  7. Click My Preferences and you'll be taken back to the main "My Account" page and you'll see your updated email address reflected

How to update your profile picture 

  1. Log into your account with the correct email address and password
  2. Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the site
  3. Click My Account to get to your account settings
  4. Click the pencil icon and you'll be prompted to upload a picture from the device you're using 
  5. Select the image you'd like to use for your profile picture

How to update your preferences 

You can set certain preferences for your account like your goals, yoga education, interests, class level, and intensity. To update any of those preferences 

  1. Log into your account with the correct email address and password
  2. Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the site
  3. Click My Account to get to your account settings and scroll down until you find the section you'd like to update
  4. Make any adjustments you'd like to update and then hit the "Save Changes" button 
  5. When the save is complete you'll see a box pop up telling you your settings have been successfully updated 
  6. You'll now see the changes you made reflected within your account
