Make changes to your current active paid membership
We offer two different paid membership options, a monthly membership and an annual membership as well as a free account option. If you find that you'd like to make changes to your active paid membership at any point, it's simple and easy. Just follow the steps below.
To change your membership type on an active paid membership
- Log into your account with the email address linked to your membership
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the site and navigate to the My Account section
- Click Membership
- The top of your membership section will show you our membership plan grid and your current membership will be pre-selected. In this example our current membership is the Monthly plan
- To change your current active membership to a different plan simply select the other plan option and hit the "Switch to Annual Plan" button that appears
- Once you hit select a confirmation box will pop up advising you of your new plan and the price and frequency billed. If you'd like to continue with your membership change hit "Update Membership Plan" if you'd like to cancel there is an option to select "Cancel" instead
A few things to keep in mind when making adjustments to your existing paid membership
- Whenever you make changes on your existing active membership you will not receive a free trial period
- When upgrading from a monthly membership to an annual membership, you will be billed a prorated amount immediately, reflecting where you are in you in your current billing cycle
- When you downgrade from an annual membership to a monthly membership the new plan will not become effective until the end of your current paid year. Once your current year ends your membership will begin to bill at the monthly cadence instead

Reactivate your membership that's set to cancel
When you cancel your membership, your membership remains active and is set to cancel on the date your paid period ends. Meaning you will continue to have access through the end of your current paid month or year but you will not bill again.
If at any point in time between when you set yourself to cancel and before your paid period ends, you decide you'd like to keep your membership, you can easily reactivate by following the steps below:
- Log into your account with the email address linked to your membership
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the site and navigate to the My Account section
- Click Membership
- Select the Reactivate Your Membership button under the plan grid
