Cancellation Policy

Yoga International is a month-to-month or annual membership that automatically renews if you choose to remain a member. You are responsible for maintaining your membership. If you do not want your membership to renew, you must cancel before your trial ends and your next renewal date. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

Steps to cancel your membership if you signed up through the website:

  1. Log in to your membership

  2. Click the profile icon on the top right-hand side of your homepage

  3. Choose My Account from the drop-down

  4. Choose the Membership tab

  5. Choose Cancel Membership

  6. Please follow the prompts until you receive confirmation of the cancellation

     

Note: Changing your credit card number, expiration date, or letting your payment method expire won't cancel your account. All major credit card companies will often update payment information for recurring payments. To effectively cancel your membership, you must complete the cancel path.

Cancel your third-party subscription

If you subscribed to Yoga International through a third-party provider, cancel through them directly. Yoga International does not manage the billing or cancellation for these subscriptions. For more support, click the appropriate link below:

  1. Apple (mobile or TV)
  2. Google Play 
  3. Amazon FireTV

Note: Deleting your app will not cancel your subscription.

Cancel your PayPal subscription

If you signed up through PayPal before September 2019, follow the steps below to cancel.

  1. Click Settings at the top of the page.

  2. Click Payments.

  3. Click Manage pre-approved payments.

  4. Select the Yoga International.

  5. Click Cancel.
