Our Billing Practices
When you sign up for a Yoga International membership, including sign up with a free trial, billing details are required to activate and maintain your membership. This allows us to provide you with a seamless transition beyond your free trial and prevents interruptions from one billing period to the next.
All memberships renew automatically on the same day each month for Monthly, or each year for Annual, unless canceled before the renewal date.
Some important billing considerations include:
- Changing your credit card number, expiration date, or letting your payment method expire does not cancel your membership.
- We recommend canceling your membership at least 2 days before your next renewal date. There can be a delay between when the payment is processed and when it shows in your bank account, so canceling 2 days prior will ensure you are not billed again.
- All major credit card companies will often update payment information on recurring payments. Financial institutions do this to ensure that accounts using recurring payments remain in good standing when a new card is issued.

Where to find your next billing date
You can find your next billing date and the amount you will be billed on your membership page, which can be found by following the steps below:
- Log into your Yoga International membership
- Go to the upper right corner of the homepage, click on the profile icon, and then click on “My Account”.
- Click on "Membership" and scroll down past the membership plan grid to find the "My Membership" section of the page. In this section, you'll find all your billing details.

Where and how to update your payment details
To update your payment method:
- Log into your Yoga International membership
- Go to the upper right corner of the homepage, click on the profile icon, and then click on “My Account”
- Click on "Membership" and scroll down past the membership plan grid and the "My Membership" section of the page, then find "My Payment Info"
- Select "Update Payment Method" and enter the new payment details for billing
- Click "Save Changes"

What to do if you've canceled and you're still seeing charges
Once your Yoga International membership is canceled, we will no longer process any charges or bill you. This means if you're seeing continued charges from us there are two possibilities:

You did not finalize your cancellation.
- If you used the self service path this would mean you did not complete all of the steps outlined in the Cancel Membership help article.
- If you reached out to our team to request cancellation you likely missed a request from our team for more information to locate your membership
- You have multiple active memberships (on multiple email addresses) and your additional membership(s) was not canceled.
