Logging In and Membership Access
If you're experiencing any issues with logging in, or are logged in but don't have access to your paid membership it is most likely due to an error in your log in credentials. We always suggest
- Double checking the spelling of your email address and password
- Confirming the email address and password you're logging in with are the credentials linked to your active paid membership
- Verifying the email address you're logged with and the membership status in your account

Occasional Website Maintenance
When these updates occur, you will see a message stating the site is temporarily down and to try again later. Our downtime is usually less than a few hours, and you'll be able to log back in once the maintenance is complete.
Occasionally our updates may cause your browser to need a fresh start upon your next log-in. You may see an error message saying, "We are unable to log you in at this time," or you may be unable to access your account. If you see this error please use the troubleshooting tips below:
- Log out of your membership and close your web browser completely
- Open a new page on one of our supported browsers - Chrome, Safari, Firefox - and clear your history and cache and cookies
- Note: please ensure whichever supported browser you're using is the most updated version
- Go to YogaInternational.com and log into your membership.
If issues persist them please ensure you remove any ad blockers or extensive privacy settings you may have as these can sometimes interrupt essential site functionality. If for any reason you continue to experience issues please reach out to our support team.
