Mobile App Log In Issues
If you're experiencing difficulties logging in, please reset your password so that it does not include any special characters. Sometimes our app's system has a hard time recognizing certain special characters. We recommend removing them completely from your password.

Mobile App Troubleshooting Tips
If the app is running slowly, is frozen, or won't load, follow the steps below for your device type:
iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)
First, make sure you have the latest version of the app.
- Visit the App Store and look to see if Yoga International has an update
- Update the app to the latest version
If this doesn't help, we recommend removing the app, restarting your device, and reinstalling the app. We also recommend your device has the latest software update.

From your home screen, uninstall the app by holding down on the app icon until it starts wobbling. Then, tap on the "X" in the top left corner of the icon to delete.

Turn your iPhone off and then back on. This step is very important.

Download the app again by visiting the App Store and searching for "Yoga International."

Tap the cloud icon or "Install" to re-download

Sign back into your app
ANDROID (smartphone or tablet)
First, make sure you have the latest version of the app.

Mobile App Language Setting Troubleshooting
If your app is showing in Spanish rather than English, click the three lines in the bottom right corner of the app, hit the world icon for Language, and select your preferred language. This will automatically reflect within the app.

Mobile Website Troubleshooting Tips
If you're having an issue with your mobile browser (tablet or phone), we recommend:

TV App Troubleshooting Tips
If you find the TV App is running slowly, is frozen, or won't load, here are a few troubleshooting tips we recommend:
